随着数字经济的发展,职业教育与产业需求之间的有效对接成为社会关注的焦点。文章探讨了产教融合视域下"四链互融,层级递进"的人才培养模式,通过重庆电子科技职业大学的案例,展示了教师成长机制、模块化课程体系构建、"三同步"教学模式优化及校企合作等实施策略。研究显示,这些策略有效提升了学生的专业技能和创新能力。本研究为职业教育体系改革提供了理论与实践支持,也为类似区域的产教融合模式提供了参考。
Research on the Talent Cultivation Path of Intelligent Construction from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration
As the digital economy progresses,the effective alignment between vocational education and industry needs has become a focal point.This paper discusses a talent cultivation model that integrates"four-chain mutual integration and hierarchical progression",exemplified through the case study of Chongqing Polytechnic University of Electronic Technology.It showcases strategies such as the teacher growth mechanism,construction of a modular course system,optimization of the"three-synchronous"teaching model,and corporate collaboration.The research indicates that these strategies significantly enhance students'professional skills and innovative capabilities.This study provides theoretical and practical support for the reform of the vocational education system and offers a reference for similar regional models of integration between industry and education.
