Middle-aged and young teachers,as an integral part of the teaching staff,play a significant role in the high-quality development of vocational colleges.The article addresses the existing issues in the development of middle-aged and young teachers,focusing on stimulating the endogenous motivation for teacher development.By guiding teachers to formulate personal plans based on classification,a chain of diagnosis and improvement targets at the teacher level is formed.Then,through system construction and decomposition of the school's overall target chain,a chain of personal diagnosis and improvement standards for teachers is constructed.The implementation path of"the integration of three elements,two platforms,and one carrier"is established to promote coordinated development among teachers and help achieve the goals of teacher diagnosis and improvement.
