Exploring the integration mode of competition and course under the framework of the construction of new engineering courses in universities is of great significance in promoting the combination of theoretical and practical teaching,stimulating the learning enthusiasm of college students,enhancing their vocational adaptability,and opening up new paths for talent cultivation in new engineering fields.On the basis of clarifying the main content of the construction of the integration mode of competition and course,the course of"Valuation with Bill of Quantities"in universities should start from the perspectives of creating distinctive competition brands,expanding the application of competition results,diversifying cooperation,and establishing a sound evaluation and assessment system,continuously promoting the optimization and improvement of the mode.
