The writing of medical records is one of the indispensable practices for international medical students in the internship.However,traditional medical Chinese teaching only emphasizes medical language knowledge,neglects the cultivation of students'language skills,especially writing skills,as a result,students'writing level is low and it is difficult to meet the actual needs of use.In view of this situation,it is urgent to introduce Production-oriented approach and explore the teaching mode of medical record writing which is more practical and applied.All aspects of classroom teaching should be fully integrated into the teaching process of"output driven","input facilitated"and"output evaluation",to enhance students'learning initiative,and improve the quality of output results with a variety of output activities.Finally,the method of"teacher-student cooperation evaluation"is used to strengthen the learning effect and really improve the writing level of students.
