Under the traditional middle school information technology teaching model,students are only passive recipients of knowledge and lack opportunities for self-directed learning and exploration in the classroom,which is not conducive to their comprehensive development.The application of project-based learning in junior high school information technology teaching can not only highlight the students'subject status,but also effectively cultivate their independent exploration ability and teamwork spirit.The article proposes application strategies of project-based learning in junior high school information technology teaching from the dimensions of clarifying learning projects,decomposing project objectives,strengthening group cooperation,emphasizing student independent exploration,and valuing teaching evaluation.
