高职院校学前教育师范生教育实习困境与应对策略

Difficulties and Coping Strategies of Educational Internships for Preschool Education Normal Students in Vocational Colleges

教育实习是高职院校学前教育专业提升教育质量、培养师范生实践能力的关键环节.当前师范生在实习过程中面临着实习认知、实习内容和实习指导三个方面的困境.文章基于人类发展生态学理论视角,从师范生、高职院校和实习园所三个层面分析高职院校学前教育师范生教育实习困境产生的原因,并提出应对策略,包括:师范生主动投入、及时反思,高职院校跟踪管理、深化合作,实习园所保障实施、全程指导.
Education internship is a key link in improving the quality of preschool education and cultivating the practical abilities of teacher trainees in vocational colleges.Current teacher trainees face difficulties in three aspects during the internship process:internship cognition,internship content,and internship guidance.Based on the perspective of human development ecology theory,this article analyzes the reasons for the difficulties faced by preschool education teacher trainees in vocational colleges from three levels:teacher trainees,vocational colleges,and internship centers.Corresponding strategies are proposed,including:teacher trainees actively participate and reflect in a timely manner,vocational colleges track and manage,deepen cooperation,internship centers guarantee implementation,and provide full guidance throughout the process.
