Research on Teachers'Professional Achievement from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Northwest Hunan Province
The article takes the teacher group of primary schools in northwest Hunan as the research object,focusing on analyzing the current situation of professional achievement of the local primary school teacher team.Through field research,the main reasons for the generally low professional achievement of local primary school teachers are analyzed,and the professional achievement of primary school teachers is explored from four aspects:teaching mindfulness,personality traits,social support,and teacher self-efficacy.Based on this,effective measures to improve teachers'professional achievement are proposed.The research results provide theoretical reference and guidance for solving the problem of low professional achievement among primary school teachers in northwest Hunan,and further refine the research in the field of professional achievement,providing typical samples for improving the theoretical system of teacher professional achievement.
