高校是铸就社会主义文化新辉煌的中坚力量和重要支撑.要正确认识高校肩负文化使命的理论意义和时代价值,坚持党对高校文化建设的全面领导,做好党的创新理论宣传研究阐释工作,完善"大思政"工作体系,从完善文化育人工作格局、丰富文化育人内涵、深化国际交流合作等方面,发挥高校在文化强国建设中的传播、辐射、引领、带动作用,培养有坚定文化自信的时代新人.
Abstract
Colleges and universities are the core and vital support for creating new glory for socialist culture.To understand the theoretical significance and contemporary value of colleges and universities'cultural mission well,we should adhere to the Party's overall leadership over the cultural construction of colleges and universities,and develop the propaganda,research,and interpretation of the Party's innovative theories,improve the"big ideological and political"work system.We should give complete room for colleges and universities to spread,lead,and drive in the construction of cultural power from the aspects of carrying out the cultural education work,enriching the connotation of cultural education,and deepening international cooperation,to cultivate strong cultural confidence in the new generation.
