摘要
智能制造是新一轮工业革命的核心驱动力,面对世界多元经济发展和竞争格局,高职产业学院作为链接教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的重要平台,如何更好地服务于地方经济发展、产业转型、人才培养与就业等方面,是其当前面临的重要课题.文章通过审视当前产业学院待改进之处,提出可从结合地方特色产业,加强校企深度合作、紧密对接产业需求,重视专业课程建设、促进校企混编互聘,打造双师型教师队伍三个方面提升学院服务能力,持续为地方经济和智能制造产业的发展贡献力量.
Abstract
Intelligent manufacturing is the core driving force of the new round of industrial revolution.Faced with the diverse economic development and competitive landscape of the world,vocational colleges and industrial colleges,as important platforms linking the education chain,talent chain,industry chain,and innovation chain,are currently facing important issues such as how to better serve local economic development,industrial transformation,talent cultivation,and employment.The article examines the areas that need improvement in the current industrial college and proposes that the college's service capabilities can be enhanced through three aspects:combining local characteristic industries,strengthening deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,closely aligning with industry needs,attaching importance to professional course construction,promoting mixed employment between schools and enterprises,and creating a dual qualified teacher team,in order to continuously contribute to the development of local economy and intelligent manufacturing industry.
