基于纳米X射线发光材料的综合实验教学设计与实践

为了增强传统实验教学的吸引力,提升本科生的综合实验技能和科研素养,课程组基于"两性一度"原则,设计了纳米X射线发光材料的制备与表征研究性综合实验。实验采用均匀沉淀法,结合固气硫化技术制备纳米Gd2O2S∶Tb3+发光材料,利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和发光光谱对材料的结构物相、形貌和发光性能进行表征。通过实验的学习和训练,提高了学生对发光材料合成与表征方法的认知,强化了学生的实验操作能力,培养了学生的科学研究素养和创新思维。
Design and Practice on Comprehensive Teaching Experiment Based on X-ray Nano-Phosphors
In order to enhance the attractiveness of traditional experimental teaching and improve the comprehensive experimental skills and scientific research literacy of undergraduate students,the course team designed a research-based comprehensive experiment on the preparation and characterization of nano X-ray luminescent materials based on the principle of"one gender,one degree".The experiment used the uniform precipitation method combined with solid gas sulfurization technology to prepare nano Gd2O2S∶Tb3+luminescent materials.The structure,phase,morphology,and luminescent properties of the materials were characterized using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and luminescence spectroscopy.Through experimental learning and training,students'understanding of the synthesis and characterization methods of luminescent materials has been improved,their experimental operation ability has been strengthened,and their scientific research literacy and innovative thinking have been cultivated.
