This study focuses on the training mode of on-site engineers and proposes an innovative training program based on"industry university research training competition".Through in-depth analysis of the current problems in engineer training,this article constructs a comprehensive training system that integrates industrial practice,academic education,scientific research and innovation,skill training,and competitive practical experience.Research has shown that this model can effectively enhance the comprehensive quality and practical ability of on-site engineers,promote the deep integration of industry,academia,and research,and provide new ideas for cultivating high-quality applied talents.The article elaborates on the theoretical basis,implementation path,and effectiveness evaluation of this model,and proposes suggestions for its promotion and application in engineering education.
