摘要

机修钳工是指机械装备与设备的维修者,其工作的核心内容就是利用锯、锉、钻、铰、尺等工具对机械装备与设备进行检测维修.加强学生机修钳工的基本技能,对提升人才培养质量,形成维修专业岗位任职能力具有重要支撑作用.传统课堂实训模式各技能科目相对割裂,加之钳工实训劳动强度大,多数学生有畏难情绪,因而必须进行教学改革,通过探索实践项目式教学方法,以助力学生训练效果提升.

Abstract

Mechanical fitter refers to the repairman of mechanical equipment and devices,and the core content of their work is to use tools such as saws,files,drills,hinges,and rulers to inspect and repair mechanical equipment and devices.Strengthening the basic skills of student mechanics and fitters plays an important supporting role in improving the quality of talent cultivation and forming the ability to serve in maintenance professional positions.The traditional classroom training mode has relatively fragmented skill subjects,and coupled with the high labor intensity of fitter training,most students have a fear of difficulty.Therefore,teaching reform must be carried out by exploring and practicing project-based teaching methods to help students improve their training effectiveness.
