Research on the Development of a Guidebook for Reflective Writing for Pre-service Teachers Based on ADDIE Model——Implementation and Results of the Analysis Phase
Reflective writing is an important tool for pre service teachers to critically examine their teaching practices during educational internships.However,the lack of a clear writing framework and structure may result in poor reflective outcomes.The article is based on the ADDIE model and systematically develops a reflective writing guidebook that is supportive and easy to use,divided into five stages:analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation.The analysis is based on the implementation process and conclusions of the first stage,the analysis stage.The research results indicate that the reflective writing level of pre service teachers is at a habitual or non reflective level.Through interviews,it was found that pre service teachers hope to receive structured reflective writing guidance.Therefore,the guidance manual developed based on the ADDIE model is of great significance for enhancing the reflective ability of pre service teachers and helping them better reflect on teaching during internships.
