摘要
随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校辅导员的核心素养培育成为高校思政工作的重要组成部分.文章通过分析新时代高校辅导员核心素养的内涵及现状,结合相关研究成果,探讨高校辅导员核心素养的培育路径,包括加强理论学习、强化专业培训、拓宽国际视野、创新实践模式等措施,旨在提升辅导员的专业素养和职业能力,为高校思想政治教育工作提供有力支持.
Abstract
With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,the cultivation of core competencies of university counselors has become an important component of ideological and political work in universities.The article analyzes the connotation and current situation of the core competencies of college counselors in the context of the new era,and combines relevant research results to explore the cultivation path of the core competencies of college counselors,including strengthening theoretical learning,enhancing professional training,broadening international perspectives,and innovating practical models.The aim is to enhance the professional competencies and abilities of counselors and provide strong support for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
