中职班主任开展思政教育的路径研究

摘要
中职班主任作为学生思想教育的一线工作者,其在思政渗透中的言行具有不可替代的影响力.鉴于此,文章围绕中职班主任如何进行思政教育展开深入研究,建立"一体两翼双融合"模式,落实立德树人根本任务,达到"为国育人、为党育才"的教育目标.通过研究,希望增强中职班主任对学生思想政治教育的外牵引力,夯实教师队伍弘扬社会核心主义价值观的内支撑力,推动思政元素贯穿课内和课外的各个教育环节,发挥"大思政"在中职学生成长成才中的主阵地作用,真正落实立德树人根本任务.
Abstract
As frontline workers in student ideological education,the words and deeds of vocational school homeroom teachers have irreplaceable influence in the infiltration of ideological and political education.In view of this,this article will conduct in-depth research on how vocational school homeroom teachers can carry out ideological and political education,establish a"one body,two wings,dual integration"model,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and achieve the educational goal of"cultivating talents for the country and the Party".Through research,it is hoped to enhance the external attraction of vocational school homeroom teachers to students'ideological and political education,consolidate the internal support of the teacher team to promote social core values,promote the integration of ideological and political elements into various educational links inside and outside the classroom,and give full play to the main role of"great ideological and political education"in the growth and development of vocational school students,truly implementing the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation.
