As the main channel for psychological education in universities,mental health education courses play an important role in the curriculum system,and their theoretical development and practical innovation are directly related to the quality of course content and the actual effectiveness of implementation.The current course content of mental health education covers multiple aspects,and the teaching staff is sufficient,but the actual teaching process is not effective.The author analyzed the shortcomings and deep influencing factors in the current curriculum development process from the pre teaching,middle teaching,and post teaching stages,combined with innovative ideas in various curriculum development,and provided corresponding exploration ideas for the three shortcomings,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of mental health education courses.
