摘要

文章探讨了人本主义教育理念在高职院校心理健康教育中的应用及其教学模式的构建,阐述了人本主义教育理念的内涵与特点,分析了高职院校心理健康教育的现状并指出了存在的问题,提出了基于人本主义的高职院校心理健康教育教学模式.该研究旨在激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,提高其心理素质和自我调节能力,促进其全面发展.

Abstract

The article explores the application of humanistic education concept in mental health education in vocational colleges and the construction of its teaching mode.It elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of humanistic education concept,analyzes the current situation of mental health education in vocational colleges,points out the existing problems,and proposes a humanistic based teaching mode for mental health education in vocational colleges.This study aims to stimulate students'interest and initiative in learning,improve their psychological quality and self-regulation ability,and promote their comprehensive development.
