Employment education in applied undergraduate universities has the characteristics of systematicity,practicality,and purposefulness.In order to solve the problems of outdated concepts,weak teaching staff,unrealistic content,overly simple forms,and insufficient resource supply in current employment education,we have explored the construction of the"One,Two,Three,Four"system for applied undergraduate employment education under the framework of ideological and political education.We have fully explored ideological and political elements from aspects such as ideal beliefs,cultural literacy,moral cultivation,and professional spirit,promoting college students to establish correct employment values,and achieving higher quality and more full employment.
