摘要
目的:探讨基于人文关怀理念的导师制教学模式对新入职护士临床归属感、职业认同感、离职意愿的影响.方法:应用方便抽样法选取洛阳市某医院2021年和2022年的87名新入职护士作为研究对象,其中2021年新入职护士 40人为对照组,2022年新入职护士 47名为试验组.对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组在传统教学模式的基础上,实施基于人文关怀理念的全程导师制陪伴教学模式.结果:培训结束后,两组新入职护士的临床归属感、职业认同感、离职意愿得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:实施基于人文关怀理念的导师制教学模式能提高新入职护士的临床归属感、职业认同感,降低其离职意愿,值得临床教学推广.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of a mentorship teaching model based on the concept of humanistic care on the clinical sense of belonging,professional identity,and turnover intention of newly hired nurses.Method:Convenience sampling was used to select 87 newly recruited nurses from a hospital in Luoyang City in 2021 and 2022 as the research subjects.Among them,40 newly recruited nurses in 2021 were the control group,and 47 newly recruited nurses in 2022 were the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group implemented a full process mentorship accompanying teaching mode based on the concept of humanistic care on the basis of the traditional teaching mode.Result:After the training,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the clinical sense of belonging,professional identity,and turnover intention scores between the two groups of newly hired nurses.Conclusion:Implementing a mentorship teaching model based on the concept of humanistic care can improve the clinical sense of belonging and professional identity of newly hired nurses,reduce their willingness to resign,and is worthy of clinical teaching promotion.
