摘要
本课题组对区域内与本专业联系紧密的药品生产企业、药品经营企业等进行调研,分析区域医药企业发展现状、发展趋势、人才需求情况,以及高职药学专业毕业生就业的情况等,并从人才培养目标定位、专业课程设置、专业教学改革、专业师资配备、实训条件配置等方面提出优化建议与对策.
Abstract
Our research group conducted a survey on pharmaceutical production and distribution enterprises closely related to our major in the region,analyzing the current development status,trends,talent demand,and employment situation of pharmaceutical graduates in the region.We also proposed optimization suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of talent training objectives,professional curriculum design,professional teaching reform,professional teacher allocation,and practical training conditions configuration.
