Exploration and Practice of the High-quality Applied Talents Training in Local Undergraduate University——Taking Xingtai University's Automation major as an example
With the rapid development of a new round of technology and industrial revolution,as well as the adjustment of China's economic structure,the demand for talent in society is gradually changing,and the traditional talent training model can no longer meet the needs of social and economic development.The article takes the automation major of Xingtai University as an example to explore how to combine local economic development,take ideological and political education as the guide,certification as the norm,highlight the construction of professional groups,and aim to serve the local area as the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents.The automation major has effectively improved students'comprehensive quality through a series of high-quality applied talent training reforms,helping them to develop their careers rapidly after graduation.
