Research and Practice on Localization of Dual System Vocational Education in Germany
This article mainly takes the localization practice of Germany's dual system vocational education at Xuchang Vocational Technical College as the carrier,deeply studies the connotation and characteristics of Germany's dual system vocational education,and takes the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing College as the main body to practice the reform and practice of dual system talent cultivation in the field of mechatronics integration technology.After nearly three years of exploration,we have practiced and verified the development of dual system talent cultivation plans,curriculum system construction,curriculum standard formulation,textbook development,curriculum process implementation,effect evaluation,training center construction,and other aspects.We have constructed a dual system talent cultivation model that is suitable for the economic and social development needs of this region,providing a model and experience that can be referenced,promoted,and replicated for the localization research and practice of Germany's dual system vocational education.
