林草高职教育"双育双融、产教协同"乡村振兴协同机制探索

林草高职院校服务乡村振兴取得了显著服务成效,赢得了广泛的社会赞誉,但仍然存在人才培养的产教协同不够、科技创新和成果转化的产教协同不够、人才服务的产教协同不够等不足。文章提出了林草高职教育"双育双融、产教协同"乡村振兴协同机制的实施路径,主要包括:构建人才培养协同机制;构建科技创新和成果转化协同机制;构建人才服务协同机制。
An Analysis of the Collaborative Mechanism of the Rural Revitalization in the Forestry and Grassland Vocational Education with"Double Education and Integration,Cooperation of Industry and Education"
The forestry and grass vocational colleges have achieved significant service results in serving rural revitalization and has won widespread social praise.However,there are still shortcomings such as insufficient industry education collaboration in talent cultivation,insufficient industry education collaboration in scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation,and insufficient industry education collaboration in talent services.The article proposes the implementation path of the"dual education and integration,industry education collaboration"rural revitalization collaborative mechanism for forestry and grassland vocational education,mainly including:building a collaborative mechanism for talent cultivation;Establishing a collaborative mechanism for technological innovation and achievement transformation;Establish a collaborative mechanism for talent services.
