随着当前我国教育事业的不断发展,高校在培养研究生的过程中,除了要增强研究生的专业知识水平和科研能力外,同时还需要意识到研究生创新实践能力养成的重要性,尤其是对于化学专业的研究生来说,通过多学科交叉增强其应用能力,培养复合型科研人才,成为学科建设的必然趋势。为了有效解决化学专业研究生培养中面临的问题,拓宽研究生的视野、提高其实践水平,文章分析了"化学+"多学科交叉型研究生培养的重要性,并且提出了具体的培养研究方向和培养措施以供参考。
Research on the Cultivation of Interdisciplinary Graduate Students in"Chemistry+"
With the continuous development of education in China,in the process of cultivating graduate students,in addition to enhancing their professional knowledge and research abilities,it is also necessary to realize the importance of cultivating their innovative and practical abilities.Especially for graduate students majoring in chemistry,enhancing their application abilities through interdisciplinary studies and cultivating composite scientific research talents has become an inevitable trend in discipline construction.In order to effectively solve the problems faced in the training of graduate students majoring in chemistry,expand their horizons,and improve their practical level,this article analyzes the importance of interdisciplinary graduate training in"chemistry+",and proposes specific research directions and training measures for reference.
