Reform and Practice of Medical and Health Talent Training Based on the Integration of Industry and Education and Collaborative Education
With the increasing emphasis on vocational education by the country,the integration of industry and education has become an important way to improve the quality of vocational education and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet social needs.The article takes the Medical College of Minjiang Normal University as an example to explore the reform path of cultivating grassroots medical and health talents in Fuzhou from the perspective of industry education integration:adjusting the professional structure based on the demand of the industrial chain,innovating the talent training mode,constructing a shared platform curriculum system from the perspective of industry education integration,building a"dual teacher"teaching staff,improving students'professional qualities,and building a technical service platform.After the reform,significant results have been achieved,and the quality of talent cultivation has been significantly improved,effectively promoting the professional growth of teachers.
