An Empirical Analysis of Collaborative Parenting Mechanism between Counselors and Professional Teachers in Private Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities
The collaborative education mechanism between counselors and professional teachers in private vocational colleges is an important component of the education and teaching management system in vocational colleges.It can effectively integrate the strengths of counselors and professional teachers,enabling them to form a positive interaction in the process of student growth.However,private vocational colleges still face problems such as insufficient collaboration awareness between counselors and professional course teachers,as well as incomplete collaborative education mechanisms.In response to the above issues,based on the concept of collaborative education,this article explores the cooperation mode between counselors and professional teachers in practice,in order to improve the quality of education and teaching and promote the comprehensive development of students.
