Exploring the Cultivation of Teaching Practice Ability for Mathematics Pre-service Teachers under the Concept of Peer Education
Peer education is an important form of self-education.Mathematics pre service teachers have similar growth backgrounds and learning goals,encounter similar difficulties,and are suitable for building peer cooperative relationships.Taking the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Hengyang Normal University as an example,this article analyzes the feasibility of applying peer education to cultivate the teaching practice ability of mathematics pre service teachers.It explores strategies for cultivating the teaching practice ability of mathematics pre service teachers from the aspects of creating diverse forms of peer mutual aid groups,building online mutual aid platforms,and establishing teaching practice guidance groups.It also promotes the normalization of peer mutual aid operation from the aspects of establishing a peer mutual aid inheritance mechanism and leveraging the incentive and supervision role of peer role models.Practice has shown that the college adopts a peer support model to cultivate the teaching practice ability of mathematics teacher trainees,with outstanding achievements.
