管理运筹学是管理经济类学科的一门专业必修课程,然而采用传统"灌输式"的教学方式难以有效达到教学目的,为了提高教学的有效性,有必要探索案例式、启发式、探究式等教学方法在高校管理运筹学课程中的运用.基于此,文章从理论和案例相结合、建设"启发式+探讨式"教学模式以及采用多样化考核方式等方面提出教学改革措施,期望能促进管理运筹学课程的改革与创新.
Management Operations Research is a compulsory course in the field of management economics.However,traditional"lecturing"teaching methods are difficult to effectively achieve teaching objectives.In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching,it is necessary to explore the application of case-based,heuristic,and inquiry based teaching methods in university management operations research courses.Based on this,the article proposes teaching reform measures from the combination of theory and case studies,the construction of a"heuristic+exploratory"teaching model,and the adoption of diversified assessment methods,hoping to promote the reform and innovation of management operations research courses.
