Vocational skills training is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of employment and entrepreneurship for college graduates.At present,vocational skills training in China is still concentrated in vocational colleges,and the vocational skills training received by ordinary college students during their academic stage is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the development of new quality productivity,and a systematic and specialized cultivation system has not yet been formed.This study starts with a composite training system of"major+profession+employment",constructs a training model that combines"training,innovation,research,competition,training,and practice",explores the construction path of a new quality system for vocational skills training for college students,and provides feasible solutions for improving the employment ability of college graduates through a"watershed style"and"through style"education system.
