Research on Strategies for Enhancing the Employment Ability of College Graduates under School Enterprise Cooperation——Taking a university in Hebei Province as an example
Employment is an important criterion for measuring the effectiveness of university education.In recent years,the number of college graduates in China has been continuously increasing,and the problem of employment for graduates has become increasingly severe.How to improve the employment ability of graduates is an important issue that urgently needs to be explored in depth.The article analyzes the current employment situation of college graduates in China and addresses the shortcomings of school enterprise cooperation.It proposes to take market demand as the guide,leverage the synergy between schools and enterprises,establish a long-term mechanism for school enterprise cooperation,optimize professional course settings,cultivate practical abilities of college students,and provide employment guidance services to continuously improve the employment ability of graduates and promote the sustainable innovation and development of higher education.
