Research on Competency Model Construction and Promotion Strategy of University Teachers'"Dual-line Teaching"
Based on the connotation,characteristics and research status of"dual-line teaching",this paper constructs a competency model of this type of teaching with four dimensions and 20 competency factors through expert consultation and teacher interviews,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the current situation of"dual-line teaching"in colleges and universities based on this model.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,the strategies to improve the competence of university teachers from the aspects of individual teacher,universities and educational management system are put forward.In current era with the rapid development of digital and intelligent technology in higher education,this study can be applied to the recruitment,training and assessment of college teachers,and provide references for the professional development of teachers as well.
