Objective:To explore the relationship between interpersonal sensitivity,neurotic personality,and depression,and provide a basis for psychological health education for vocational college freshmen.Method:A group survey was conducted on 4217 vocational college freshmen using the Symptom Self Rating Scale Interpersonal Sensitivity Scale,Self Rating Depression Scale,and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire.Results:① Neurotic personality traits and interpersonal sensitivity have a direct positive predictive effect on depression;② Interpersonal sensitivity partially mediates the relationship between neurotic personality traits and depression.③Interpersonal sensitivity has a moderating effect on the relationship between neurotic personality traits and depression.Conclusion:Interpersonal sensitivity plays a moderating and mediating role between neurotic personality traits and depression.
