新工科背景下创新型人才培养模式研究——以民族高校网络工程专业为例

摘要
随着新工科建设的不断推进,我国高等教育正面临深刻的变革,同时带来了新的机遇.作为新工科的重要组成部分,网络工程专业对创新型人才培养模式的探索显得尤为紧迫.文章阐述了新工科理念的核心内容,分析了当前民族高校在网络工程专业人才培养方面的现状,并提出了构建创新型人才培养模式的具体策略,为民族高校网络工程专业教育改革提供理论依据和实际参考.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of Emerging Engineering Education(EEE),China's higher education is undergoing profound changes,which simultaneously bring new opportunities.As an essential part of EEE,the exploration of innovative talent cultivation mode in network engineering majors has become particularly urgent.This paper elaborates on the core content of the EEE concept,analyzes the current status of talent cultivation in network engineering majors in ethnic universities,and proposes specific strategies for constructing an innovative talent cultivation mode.It provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the educational reform of network engineering majors in ethnic colleges and universities.
