摘要
随着大数据时代的到来与社会经济的高质量发展,高校对科研管理工作提出了更高质量的要求,然而,由于科研经费管理机制不完善、科研管理机制创新不足、科研管理部门信息化建设散乱等,导致科研管理经费不科学、体制机制固化、信息化建设进程缓慢.因此,高校科研管理人员应打造"总—分—总"式科研经费管理新模式,大力革新、优化高校科研管理体制机制,构建系统、严谨的科研管理信息化体系,以此促进高校科研管理高质量发展,促进高校科研水平整体提升.
Abstract
With the advent of the big data era and the high-quality development of the social economy,universities have put forward higher quality requirements for scientific research management work.However,due to the imperfect mechanism of scientific research fund management,innovative mechanism of scientific research management,and scattered information construction of scientific research management departments,scientific research management funds are not scientific,institutional mechanisms are solidified,and the process of information construction is slow.Therefore,scientific research management personnel in universities should create a new model of"overall-sub-overall"scientific research fund management,vigorously innovate and optimize the system and mechanism of scientific research management in universities,build a systematic and rigorous information system for scientific research management,and promote the high-quality development of scientific research management in universities,thus promoting the overall improvement of scientific research level in universities.
