本研究聚焦于产教融合视域,探索中高职贯通人才培养路径,针对全球经济转型与我国经济高质量发展背景下技术技能人才短缺的现状,深入剖析当前人才培养体系中存在的问题,从优化教育结构、深化校企合作、建立产业导向学院、强化"四链"融合以及完善评价体系等方面提出策略,构建与产业发展紧密对接的一体化培养模式,为推动我国职业教育转型升级提供理论依据与实践路径,助力技术技能型人才的精准培养与高效供给.
Abstract
This study focuses on the exploration of the cultivation path of middle-and high-vocational talents in the field of industry-teaching integration,focusing on the shortage of skilled talents in the context of global economic transformation and China's high-quality development,analyzing the problems of the current cultivation system,and proposing strategies such as optimizing the education structure,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,establishing industry-oriented colleges,strengthening the"four chains"integration and perfecting the evaluation system.It proposes optimizing the education structure,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,establishing industry-oriented colleges,strengthening the integration of the"four chains"and perfecting the evaluation system,etc.By constructing an integrated cultivation mode that is closely aligned with the development of the industry,it will provide a theoretical basis and a practical path to push forward the transformation and upgrading of China's vocational education system,and will help to accurately cultivate and efficiently supply skilled talents.
