基于产业学院开展"1+X"证书制度实践路径的研究

摘要
"1+X"证书制度旨在提升学生的职业技能和就业能力,促进校企合作,解决职业教育与就业市场脱节的问题,以适应社会经济发展的需求.尽管试点工作已取得进展,但仍面临诸多困境,如X证书效力不足、社会认可度不高、岗位目标不一致、书证脱节、教师指导能力有限及制度不完善等.文章从产业学院视角出发,以轨道交通学院为例,提出实施"1+X"证书制度的路径,包括确保岗位目标一致、书证深度融合、构建混编教师团队、完善保障与激励制度等,以有效提升人才培养质量,满足轨道交通建设与经济发展的需求.
Abstract
The"1+X"certificate system aims to enhance students'vocational skills and employability,promote school enterprise cooperation,solve the problem of disconnection between vocational education and the job market,and meet the needs of social and economic development.Although progress has been made in the pilot work,there are still many challenges,such as insufficient effectiveness of the X certificate,low social recognition,inconsistent job goals,disconnection between academic credentials,limited teacher guidance ability,and imperfect systems.Starting from the perspective of the Industrial College and taking the Rail Transit College as an example,this article proposes a path to implement the"1+X"certificate system,including ensuring consistent job goals,deep integration of academic credentials,building a mixed teacher team,and improving the guarantee and incentive system,in order to effectively enhance the quality of talent cultivation and meet the needs of rail transit construction and economic development.
