摘要

文章探讨了高校办公室在"三全育人"理念下的角色与作用.文章首先阐述了"三全育人"的内涵及要求,并指出高校办公室作为高校管理服务的核心部门,在营造良好育人环境、提供高效管理服务以及科研能力提升等方面的重要性,进而提出了高校办公室管理服务协同育人的四条路径.通过这些路径,高校办公室可以更好地在"三全育人"视野下发挥其关键作用,推动高等教育质量的提升和学生的全面发展.

Abstract

This article explores the role and function of university offices under the concept of"three comprehensive education".The article first elaborates on the connotation and requirements of"three comprehensive education",and points out the importance of university offices as the core department of management services in creating a good educational environment,providing efficient management services,and enhancing scientific research capabilities.Furthermore,four paths for collaborative education in university office management services were proposed.Through these paths,university offices can better play their key role in promoting the quality of higher education and the comprehensive development of students from the perspective of"three comprehensive education".
