文章探讨了命运共同体视域下产教融合型实训基地的建设路径.首先阐述了命运共同体的概念及其在产教融合中的重要性,强调学校、企业、政府和社会应形成合力,共同推动实训基地的发展.接着分析了产教融合型实训基地建设的现状.最后,提出了多元主体共建实训基地、引入第三方评估机制、实行双向选择机制以及构建利益激励驱动体系等建设路径,以促进产教融合型实训基地的高效运行和持续发展.
Abstract
This article explores the construction path of industry education integration training bases from the perspective of a community with a shared future.Firstly,the concept of a community with a shared future and its importance in the integration of industry and education were elaborated,emphasizing that schools,enterprises,governments,and society should work together to promote the development of training bases.Then,the current situation of the construction of industry education integrated training bases was analyzed.Finally,multiple stakeholders were proposed to jointly build training bases,introduce third-party evaluation mechanisms,implement a two-way selection mechanism,and construct a benefit incentive driven system to promote the efficient operation and sustainable development of industry education integrated training bases.
