摘要
虚拟仿真实验课堂是高校智慧课堂的重要探索,其课堂评价体系的建立有助于提升教学质量.文章基于虚拟仿真实验课堂关于教师和虚拟仿真软件的"双教师"授课特征,以学生的体验为落脚点,从获得感、参与感和智慧感三个方面探究虚拟仿真实验课堂评价体系的设计维度;基于SERVQUAL服务质量模型,从可靠性、响应性、移情性、易用性、有形性和保证性六个观测层面对上述三个维度进行测量,并细化相应指标,为促进高校智慧课堂评价体系的建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
The integration of virtual simulation training into classes is an important exploration of smart classes of universities,and the establishment of the classes'evaluation system can help to improve the teaching quality.Based on the"dual teachers"feature of virtual simulation training classes about teachers and software,focusing on the students experiences,exploring the evaluation dimensions about the classes,which are sense of access,sense of participation and sense of wisdom;based on the SERVQUAL model framework,modifying the evaluation scales according the above three dimensions,such as reliability,responsiveness,empathy,ease of use,tangibles and guarantees,and clear the corresponding indexes,which can provide references for promoting the construction of the evaluation system of the smart classes of universities.
