摘要
高职院校基层党建与专业群融合发展是加强党的建设和专业群治理能力提升的必然要求.文章通过"结构—过程"分析框架诠释高职院校基层党建与专业群融合发展的逻辑,并分析了高职院校基层党建与专业群融合的发展现状,提出"结构性嵌入—过程性融入"的高职院校基层党建与专业群融合的机制,为党建融合事业发展提供新的理论解释.
Abstract
The integrated development of grassroots party building and professional groups in vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for strengthening party building and improving the governance capacity of professional groups.This article interprets the logic of the integrated development of grassroots party building and professional groups in vocational colleges through the"structure-process"analysis framework,analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of grassroots party building and professional groups in vocational colleges,and proposes a mechanism of"structural embedding-process integration"for the integration of grassroots party building and professional groups in vocational colleges,providing new theoretical explanations for the development of party building integration.
