摘要
随着新时代研究生教育改革发展的深入推进,如何提高研究生的科研水平和创新能力,成为高等教育改革的重要课题.文章以新工科背景下土木工程类专业为例,探讨了研究生多维科研训练的目标、思路和模式.基于"立德树人、创新引领、改革驱动"的基本原则,结合土木类研究生科研能力培养以及中南大学研究生教育体系的内在需求,建立了新时代土木类研究生"三层次五目标"多维科研训练模式、多维科研训练实施策略,以及全过程、多维度的科研训练评价体系.
Abstract
With the deepening of the reform and development of graduate education in the new era,how to improve the research level and innovation ability of graduate students has become an important issue in higher education reform.The article takes civil engineering majors under the background of new engineering disciplines as an example to explore the goals,ideas,and models of multidimensional scientific research training for graduate students.Based on the basic principles of"strengthening morality,leading innovation,and driving reform",combined with the cultivation of research abilities for civil engineering graduate students and the inherent needs of the graduate education system at Central South University,a multi-dimensional research training model and implementation strategy for civil engineering graduate students in the new era,as well as a full process and multi-dimensional research training evaluation system,have been established.
