基于抛锚式教学的胆道系统疾病综合案例编制

摘要
胆道系统疾病是实习护生教学中的一大难点.为了突破这一教学瓶颈,课程组积极寻求创新的教学方法,尝试将综合案例与思维导图相结合引入护理临床教学,同时采用抛锚式教学,以期激发学生对胆道系统疾病的学习兴趣.在这一过程中,编制高质量的综合案例显得尤为关键.文章从确定编制原则、明确编制思路、设定教学目标、建立编制团队、收集临床病例、案例加工处理,以及进行案例预实验等多个环节出发,探索胆道系统疾病综合案例的编制.通过抛锚式教学在综合案例分析结束后引入思维导图,帮助学生更好地理解案例内容,将案例中的关键信息、护理流程等以图形化的方式呈现出来.
Abstract
Biliary system diseases are a major challenge in the teaching of nursing interns.In order to break through this teaching bottleneck and actively seek innovative teaching methods,we attempt to combine comprehensive cases with mind maps and introduce them into nursing clinical teaching.At the same time,we adopt anchored teaching to stimulate students'interest in learning about biliary system diseases.In this process,it is particularly crucial to develop high-quality comprehensive cases.This article explores the compilation of comprehensive cases of biliary system diseases from multiple aspects,including determining the compilation principles,clarifying the compilation ideas,setting teaching objectives,establishing a compilation team,collecting clinical cases,processing and processing cases,and conducting case pre experiments.Through anchor based teaching,a mind map is introduced after the comprehensive case analysis to help students better understand the content of the case,presenting key information and nursing processes in a graphical manner.
