产教融合理念下高职计算机专业人才培养模式研究

摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展和产业需求的变化,高职院校计算机专业的人才培养模式面临重大挑战.传统模式难以满足现代计算机行业对综合型技术人才的需求.基于产教融合理念,文章以广州康大职业技术学院计算机应用相关专业为例,探讨了高职院校计算机专业人才培养模式的改革路径,分析了改革的实践案例,并提出实施过程中的问题及解决方案.研究表明,通过优化课程体系、创新教学方法、深化校企合作和培养综合素质,可以有效提升计算机专业学生的实践能力和市场竞争力.
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and changes in industry demand,the talent cultivation mode of computer majors in vocational colleges is facing significant challenges.The traditional model is unable to meet the demand for comprehensive technical talents in the modern computer industry.Based on the concept of integrating industry and education,this article takes the computer application related majors of Guangzhou Kangda Vocational Technical College as an example to explore the reform path of the talent training mode for computer majors in vocational colleges,analyze the practical cases of our school's reform,and propose problems and solutions in the implementation process.Research has shown that optimizing the curriculum system,innovating teaching methods,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and cultivating comprehensive qualities can effectively enhance the practical ability and market competitiveness of computer science students.
