摘要

伴随着互联网的不断普及和信息技术的蓬勃发展,教育方式、教学模式以及教育管理都在经历着翻天覆地的变化.在教育信息化发展趋势下,高校英语教师作为教育教学的实施者,其专业水平和发展状况直接关系到教育质量和学生素质的提升.文章通过分析高校英语教师发展面临的挑战,从树立终身学习理念,提高信息技术应用能力、加强网络教学研究,探索新型教学模式、注重师生情感交流,提供个性化辅导和反馈等方面不断改进教学模式,提升自身专业素养和教学水平,以适应学生的学习需求和社会的发展趋势.

Abstract

With the continuous popularization of the Internet and the vigorous development of technological innovation,educational methods,teaching models and educational management are undergoing earth shaking changes.Under the trend of educational informatization,as implementers of education and teaching,the professional level and development status of English teachers in universities are directly related to the improvement of education quality and student quality.By analyzing the challenges faced by the development of English teachers in universities,we aim to continuously improve our teaching models by establishing a lifelong learning philosophy,enhancing our information technology application capabilities,strengthening research on online teaching,exploring new teaching models,emphasizing emotional communication between teachers and students,providing personalized coaching and feedback,and improving our professional competence and teaching level to meet the learning needs of students and the development trends of society.
