摘要
随着数字技术的迅猛发展,教育领域正经历着深刻的变革,教师的数字素养已成为衡量教学质量的重要标尺.文章深入剖析了高职院校教师数字素养提升的现实困境,提出了包括更新数字观念、强化实践应用、构建系统培训体系以及制定科学评价体系在内的"四维"策略,旨在全面提升高职院校教师的数字素养,培养更多适应数字时代的高素质技能人才.
Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology,the education sector is undergoing profound changes,and teachers'digital literacy has become an important measure of teaching quality.This article deeply analyzes the practical difficulties in improving the digital literacy of vocational college teachers,and proposes a"four-dimensional"strategy including updating digital concepts,strengthening practical applications,building a systematic training system,and formulating a scientific evaluation system,aiming to comprehensively enhance the digital literacy of vocational college teachers and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents who can adapt to the digital age.
