摘要

发展性教师评价是一种形成性评价,它不仅关注教师过去的成绩,还根据教师过去的工作表现,确定教师个人未来的专业发展需要,制定教师个人未来专业发展的努力方向.本研究在总结归纳高校教师群体特点的基础上,通过对比分析绩效考核与发展性评价在内涵、目的、方法、评价依据与评价观、评价意义等方面的不同,论述发展性评价对于促进高校教师专业发展的现实意义,尝试预测发展性教师评价未来的研究方向.

Abstract

Developmental teacher evaluation is a formative evaluation that not only focuses on the teacher's past achievements,but also determines the teacher's personal future professional development needs based on their past work performance,and formulates the direction of the teacher's personal future professional development efforts.On the basis of summarizing and generalizing the characteristics of the group of university teachers,this study compares and analyzes the differences between performance appraisal and developmental evaluation in terms of connotation,purpose,methods,evaluation basis,evaluation perspective,and evaluation significance.It discusses the practical significance of developmental evaluation in promoting the professional development of university teachers and attempts to predict the future research direction of developmental teacher evaluation.
