摘要
"飞机制造工艺学"是飞行器制造工程专业的一门重要专业课,针对传统实验教学内容仅编写某飞机部件的阀芯、阀体的机械加工工艺的不足,以及实物实验教学的限制,借助功能强大的数字化教学资源开发工具,突出"飞机制造工艺学"教学重点,研究飞机机身段结构制造装配工艺虚拟仿真实验,将钣金成型工艺、飞机机身段结构装配工艺的虚拟仿真过程与飞机制造装配的基本原理、基础理论紧密结合,通过虚拟仿真平台,让学生更加扎实地掌握"飞机制造工艺学"的相关理论知识,提升学生的工程实践能力和综合应用知识的能力.
Abstract
"Aircraft Manufacturing Technology"is an important professional course in the field of aircraft manufacturing engineering.In response to the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching content that only focuses on the mechanical processing technology of the valve core and valve body of a certain aircraft component,as well as the limitations of physical experimental teaching,a powerful digital teaching resource development tool is used to highlight the teaching focus of"Aircraft Manufacturing Technology".Virtual simulation experiments are conducted to study the manufacturing and assembly process of aircraft fuselage structure.The virtual simulation process of sheet metal forming process and aircraft fuselage structure assembly process is closely integrated with the basic principles and theories of aircraft manufacturing and assembly.Through the virtual simulation platform,students can more solidly grasp the relevant theoretical knowledge of"Aircraft Manufacturing Technology",enhance their engineering practice ability and comprehensive application knowledge ability.
