叙事疗法视域下高校辅导员谈心谈话路径探析

摘要
谈心谈话是高校辅导员开展思想政治教育与心理健康教育的重要手段,直接关系到学生的成长成才和高校立德树人的成效.当前高校辅导员谈心谈话具有随意性、滞后性、单维性和说教性等特点,缺乏理论高度和专业深度.文章借鉴叙事疗法相关理论,凝练出适用于辅导员开展谈心谈话的基本步骤和方法,以期促进心理育人价值实现,提高大学生思想政治教育工作的成效.
Abstract
Heart-talk is an important means for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education and mental health education,which is directly related to the growth of students and the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.At present,college counselors'talk is characterized by randomness,lag,unidimensional and didactic,and lacks theoretical height and professional depth.Based on the narrative therapy theory,this paper summarizes the basic steps and methods suitable for counselors to carry out heart-talk,in order to promote the realization of the value of psychological education and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students.
