"三全育人"视角下高职院校发展型资助育人路径探究

摘要
资助育人作为十大育人体系之一,须紧跟时代发展步伐,最大程度发挥其思想政治教育作用,做到为党育人,为国育才.当前,我国已取得脱贫攻坚战的伟大胜利,标志着资助育人工作迈入了崭新的历史阶段,这也赋予高校新的任务和要求.文章以"三全育人"理论为指导思想,结合新时代高校资助育人工作的新导向,从高职院校的特点出发,探析一种集全员、全过程、全方位于一体的发展型资助育人模式,帮助家庭经济困难学生迎合时代发展需要,提升自身综合素质.
Abstract
As one of the top ten education systems,funding education needs to keep up with the pace of the times,maximize its role in ideological and political education,and cultivate talents for the Party and the country.At present,China has achieved a great victory in the battle against poverty,marking a new historical stage in the work of supporting and educating people,which also endows universities with new tasks and requirements.The article is guided by the theory of"Three Comprehensive Education"and combined with the new direction of university funding and education work in the context of the new era.Starting from the characteristics of vocational colleges,it explores a development oriented funding and education model that integrates all staff,the whole process,and all aspects,to help economically disadvantaged students meet the needs of the times and improve their comprehensive quality.
