摘要
压力会影响大学生的心理健康,因此对体育运动与大学生心理健康进行相关性分析具有重要价值.文章选取某大学两个专业的学生群体作为实验样本,通过收集并对比两组学生样本的相关数据,探讨体育活动频率、时长及类型等因素对大学生心理健康方面的具体影响,构建逻辑回归模型,量化分析不同体育运动特征向量如何预测大学生心理健康的正向变化.心理健康评估采用《MASQ-30多维焦虑症状问卷》,并细分为七大领域.比对两组学生的心理健康评估数据,结果表明,经过为期12周的体育锻炼计划,实验组学生在心理健康的各个关键维度上均展现出了显著的改善,验证了规律运动对大学生心理健康具有积极影响.
Abstract
Stress can affect the mental health of college students,so conducting a correlation analysis between sports and college students'mental health is of great value.The article selects student populations from two majors at a certain university as experimental samples.By collecting and comparing relevant data between the two groups of student samples,it explores the specific impact of factors such as frequency,duration,and type of sports activities on the mental health of college students.A logistic regression model is constructed to quantitatively analyze how different sports feature vectors predict positive changes in college students'mental health.The psychological health assessment adopts the MASQ-30 Multidimensional Anxiety Symptom Questionnaire and is divided into seven major domains.Comparing the mental health assessment data of two groups of students,the results showed that after a 12 week physical exercise program,the experimental group students showed significant improvements in various key dimensions of mental health,verifying that regular exercise has a positive impact on the mental health of college students.
